Refund & Returns Policy

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed after assessment.

Change of mind returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The product is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

Return shipping costs may apply for change of mind returns.
