Our products are sourced from authorised suppliers and reputable distributors in Japan and Korea.
We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products.


3. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our local stock in Australia.
We do not ship products directly from overseas.


4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.


5. Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. Customers may choose in-store pickup from our Melbourne retail locations.
Pickup details will be provided after the order is placed.


6. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Australia.


7. What is your return and refund policy?

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Change of mind returns may be accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
