How to Use/Serve: 1. Remove the product from the transparent bag, fold it in half with the label facing inward, and place it in the center of the microwave. (Wipe off any dirt from the area where it will be placed.) Ensure the beans are evenly distributed before placing it.
2. Heat according to the recommended heating time.
Do not heat at an output of more than 700W.
*Do not leave the microwave unattended during heating.

3. Place the product on your neck and shoulders with the label side facing up.
Use for approximately 30 minutes.
