How to Use

Open the bottle spout.
Pour 5ml into the measuring cap.
Rinse in the mouth for about 20 seconds, then brush teeth.
There is no need to rinse with water after use, but rinsing with water is also acceptable if preferred.
Use under adult supervision and make sure children do not swallow the product.
