Formulated with 72.49% Rice Seed Water, 19,800ppm Tranexamic Acid, 20,000ppm Niacinamide, Glutathione, Sodium Hyaluronate, Macadamia Seed Oil and Squalane, this bi-phase toner helps promote a clearer, more radiant complexion without a greasy finish. Shake well before use to mix the milky and watery layers, then apply after cleansing to refresh, brighten and soften the skin.
